With nearly 40 years of ministry experience, Mark Yurich has developed a passion for helping pastors navigate through the pitfalls of both ministry and family life.
While his background is filled with a diversity of experiences and leadership - he spent 13 years in the US Army, has church planted, has lead virtually every area of church ministry - Mark currently serves Associate Pastor in his home church, Regional Director for Elim Fellowship, and founder of Listening Heart Ministries. His heart is providing pastoral care to ministry leaders who need a listening ear and a friend in ministry. He has been serving as a pastor to pastors for many years, gifted in the areas of encouragement, listening, motivation, and coaching. A gifted public speaker, Mark loves to “rally the troops” around the Pastor’s vision to reach their world for Christ. Mark is a Certified Ministry/Life Coach under Elim Fellowship.
Mark and Jill love spending time together gardening and camping by the lake with his two married children and seven grandchildren. He also loves working out at the gym daily, Tiger baseball and Michigan football.
Pastor Mark serves as a ‘gatekeeper,’ connecting hurting ministry leaders and churches to resources that can provide the ministry they need nationwide. Should you find yourself burned out, wounded, weary, confused, or just stuck in ministry; or perhaps you need some, R, R, and R, please contact us. We would love to meet with you, to be your friend with a listening heart. Pastor Mark is a Certified Ministry/Life Coach with Elim Fellowship.
